2，Performance and features：

1.The electric braking system of the machine is centrally controlled by P LC.According to the requirements of the cutting process,the cutting para meters are set by the touch screen,and the liquid crystal screen displays the control working state.The control system has the functions of starti ng buffer,stopping anti loosening,meter counting and length fixing,and the operation is very simple；

2.The unwinding tension control adopts the full-automatic tension control system to keep the unwinding tension constant,and the taper control can also be realized according to the process requirements.The photoelectric automatic deviation correction system is adopted for deviation correction, which can automatically “follow the edge”or “follow the line”to ensure t he correct feeding position of the substrate：

3.The raw material loading and unloading adopts air roof shaftless clampi ng and hydraulic lifting structure （optional lifting structure）；

4.The main traction and rewinding are respectively controlled by servo mo tor and driven by frequency conversion.The winding tension is automatical ly controlled by PLC according to the parameters set according to the slit ting process requirements and the change of winding diameter：

5.The rewinding shaft is a slip shaft with automatic tension control,whi ch is suitable for the slitting of multiple coils of materials with uneven thickness.
